Privacy Policy — Face Oil Sourcing

Face Oil Sourcing collects the fields you enter on the inquiry form so we can restate a procurement brief and request factory quotes. Typical fields include name, work email, optional phone and company, and the requirement text that may contain product form, fill size, quantity, destination, optional budget and supplier preference.

How we use inquiry data

We use the submitted details to contact you about the request, to ask factories for matching quotes, and to keep an internal record of the written scope. We do not sell inquiry data. Helper fields without backend names are merged into the requirement text at submit time when JavaScript is available.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to process the sourcing request and related follow-up. Access is limited to people working the request. If you need a correction, write from the same work email used on the form.

Third parties

Named suppliers receive the restated requirement needed to quote. Hosting and email infrastructure may process technical logs. Public labeling references linked from articles are external sites with their own policies.
